🧂 You’ll need:

  • 1 cup glutinous rice flour (mochiko)

  • ¾ cup water

  • ¼ cup sugar

  • Cornstarch (for dusting)

  • Optional filling: red bean paste, Nutella, or ice cream 🍦

1️⃣ Mix glutinous rice flour + sugar + water in a bowl till smooth.
2️⃣ Microwave for 1 min → stir → another 1 min till it’s sticky & stretchy! (or steam 15 mins).
